EMC Problem Solved !!

Ray walked me through the problem,..turns out some files in EMC were
corrupt. Something went wroug with downloading and copying BDI on my
end. Anyway EMC was running about 10 times slower than normal. I down
loaded 3 files, installed them and I'm up and running.
