Good advice. And un the US I'd suggest getting a copy of Taunton
press's Fine Woodworking Magazine. In the basck there is a classified
section called "wood and tool exchange" which will be surrounded by
display ads for what you are looking for...

Also try WoodCraft stores. Don't know if there is one by you, but
they are a nationwide chain.

P.S. Woodworker is the name of one of the UK mags which will have
lots of wood for sale ads.
