G-Code Arc drawing question, but the othe3r way, I want G03 and G02 nt hundreds of G01's

I have a similar only more complex problem, I want to use abslute mode, I
would lke to emply as many G03 and G02 commands as I can, it cuts down the
total lines, But I still have not found a single program that il draw what I
want. The first question is what is ouye controller or define controler,
When I do it weither won't generate any Gcode or the code is so wrong I can
just edit it to run. Yes this is stillthe F1 and yes I have tried Feature
Cam, Dolphn, Surfcam, Vector, Bobcad, Turbo Cad, Rhino.

Can anyone make a software that is fairly open architectur and I will set it
up myself?

FeaTURE AND Surf both have a problem, if you error in input you cannot undo
last command, you als cannot set the screen to your prefernce, at east not
in any easy intuitive way. I have had the best success with microsoft paint.
I am serious, I can draw what I want roughly, it gives measurements, I can
save it as a text file and open it in someting else. But those something
elses refuse to open anything unless you have set up a config sys. for
controller.

I am going to dedicate the weekend to readingg Freds very large help manual.
Nothing more, no screens, no nthing just read, If someone has an old dos
program that is working let me know I will use napkins and crayolas before I
sepnd one more half hour fighting software. Johnno( thanks Fred I do
