Vector 9.3 and video cards

Greetings all...

Are any Vector users running the new version of Vector on Win2k?

I'd be curious to hear what you are using for a video card.
My current card will not run Vector 9.3 with the latest drivers that DO
allow me to,.... well,.... OK, Play Train Simulator! (directX8.1) Its
the only game on this thing, really................

I am sure it is not a Vector issue but rather my card that is junk. It
is a Diamond v550 (TNT1). It gets real obvious that this card is junk
from the start because NVidia has at least a hundred drivers for it.

What is my best option for an affordable new Video Card ??
