RE: [CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO] Vector 9.3 and video cards

Yes DirectX8 is installed and active. Works just fine in the one game I have
that requires it (RealFlight a R/C airplane heli simulator). That is
actually the reason I got the card even though I don't think I have played
the game a total of 3 hours in the last year.
