getting closer to a running CNC system.....software question

I finally finished the assembly of my Camtronics Power Supply/Servo
controller last night. Not too bad to assesemble, the instructions
are about average, a few typos or repeated instructions which caused
a little bit of thinking on my part....
All I did last night was plug it up and verify that it did not smoke
when turned on and that the fan blew in the correct direction. Oh,
and the voltage was a nice 36.8 volts so we look good so far.
As of now I have it configured to run TurboCNC on my PC, but after
looking at Master5, I'm tempted to put my good computer in the garage
and run that instead of the DOS based system. Has anyone used both
systems and if so, is it worth the additional expense for the Master5
with respect to the cost of the software and hardware needed?
