Hi, Milt:

Are there any tricks to mounting your "flimsy balsa" prior to cutting it
with your CNC router? The reason I ask is that I've got a Sherline Mill that
I'm thinking of using to cut out parts for Model Railroad buildings.

|Gee, I guess I've been wasting my time cutting out "flimsy balsa
|ribs" and ply model aircraft parts with my homebuilt CNC router
|(thanks Dan Mauch & MaxNC!) for over 3 years now. All along I
|thought I was having fun learning CNC and was very proud that a
|person with ZERO CAD & CNC knowledge was able to progress from
|the "duhhhh" stage to producing accurate, near perfect fitting parts.

And, yes, the pride you get from starting with essentially zero and working
yourself up to the ability to do the things you mention is what hobbies are
all about.
