information/help/howto convert milldrill to cnc

Hello,
I was looking for information on how to convert a Enco Mill Drill to CNC
control.
I wanted to start with this and then move to a router table. This Mill
uses a m2 taper chuck system, opposed to newer systems use a 5c or r8
collect system. So this is limited and in being limited I also did not
want to put allot of money in to it . Hopefully salvage parts and the
Nist EMC to control it.
Any help will be appreciated or information.
