DeskNC for Windows experience anyone?

I would like to hear any opinions or experience with DeskNC for
Windows - the latest with the external motion control box. I prefer
to me most productive in my machine hobby with the limited time I have
available. Therefore I don't want to become a computer or linux
expert, and most of my CAD and program experience is in Windows which
is where I generate my gcode. For me, it would be easier all around
if I could run my machines from windows. I tend to think there would
be a lot of people like me out there?
