Bill, and all,
Mike Mattson on that site also has a very highly recommended book "CNC Programming:
Principles and Applications". Available at online book sites. This covers entensively
all aspects of modern CNC use and G-code programming. Good examples within.
Also browse his university's site Clackamas Community College for an eyeful.
