Jon, it sounds like I was running my 1/8" end mill WAY too slow (2500 RPM)
to cut aluminim.

I think the Sherline tops out at something like 3500RPM.

I looks like I plan to use such small cutters that I should go and purchase
the 10,000 RPM Spindle upgrade.
