Sure, lots of 'em.

Here's one that has from one to four optos' per pkg:

NEC ps-2501-x X can be 1,2,3,or4 and will be 4,8,12,or 16 pin dip.
Mouser and Digi-Key do not sell the -3

The ps-2502-X uses darlingtons. Same pkg options.
