Yes. JBWeld works well. In general, epoxy works for glueing magnets.

If it won't stay in place by its own magnetism, "C" clamp it with some wood or something else soft protecting the magnet.

If you don't know which magnet went where (look for small pices left attached) then if you mix them up the motor's polarity might be
reversed and you'll need to flip the wiring as well (watch out because it won't close the feedback loop when reversed!).
