EMC is hard coded for pinout. I imagine you could alter it in the source
files and recompile if you really needed to. Pin-outs are on my site
http://www.ktmarketing.com/CNC.html pick the link "Parallel Port Hookup to
Controller". It is the 5th from the top.
Currently you need to run bridgeportio to get auxiliary on off controls.
