Hi Rick

Just to add to Tim's reply - The step/direction pins are hard coded in, as
are the home and limit switches. The IO pins for spindle, coolant, etc are
user defined in the ini file. Due to the way EMC works, the motor and
switches on the first parallel port are controled by the realtime modules.
The IO pins on the second port are used by a nonrealtime (or user space)
module. If you try to use the same port for both nonrealtime and realtime IO,
the results would be unpredictable.
There is some changes in the CVS sources to move the IO over to the realtime
side, but there are some bugs that need to be ironed out first.
