Thanks for your interest, but it is only the 'instantiation'
of an algorithm that can be copyrighted (ie the source code).

The algorithm itself can only be patented (costing big bucks
and taking years), and that means essentially nothing because
the government doesn't protect you legally. You have to spend
your own money to prosecute offenders - that means anyone with
a bigger budget than myself (ie everybody!) will win. Sadly,
it is a system which doesn't work for the small guy, and only
the lawyers win.

I'd rather get it out there, and (with all the other neat things
CCED'ers are doing) show that innovation by the small guy is alive
and well in America.
