As they are a used machinery dealer, therein lies the problem. I know I've
a penchant for running these folks down, but I have seen enough of things
they pawn off as "rebuilt." You would be money ahead to get one at auction
and have a reputable scraping shop - not a dealer - do the rebuild for you.
A properly rebuilt EE may cost you $10K but at least you will know what you
are getting.
