The shaft coupler that I used to connect the stepper
motors to the lead screws on my Sherline tends to work
loose in fairly short order. Needless to say, this
causes some serious problems with backlash. I need
to find a more robost shaft coupler or see whether a
simple dab of Loctite(tm) will solve the problem.
First, I have to fix up my electronics though.
