Help find a company FOX Industries

I have a machine that is like a Shopsmith on steroids. It looks to
be designed for wood/light metals machining.
It is called a "Fox Super Shop" and I cannot find out any info on the
company.
Has anyone ever seen one of these or know what happened to Fox
Industries? Minnesota?
