Emulator concerns with Vector version 9.3 may be

-OLE2
-OpenGL
-Long file names

None of these are issues with Vector 9.0 which is known to run in
Win4lin.

The current demo on our web site is version 9.3 build 40. It should
be easy enough to test it.
