|I have Vector 9.0 running under VMware. I see no reason why Vector 9.3
|wouldn't also run. I'm about to upgrade to 9.3.
I can think of one - Vector 9.0 is a Windows 3.1 program that uses 16 bit
code; Vector 9.3 is a Windows 95/98 program that uses some 32 bit code. That
could make all the difference in the world!
