There are many others. Have you tried a search of "EDM consumables".
Altavista works better than Google(yahoo) for "technical" searches,
IME.

A call or email to any major EDM manufacturer should get you the
answer you need.

But, are you sure you need to de-ionise?

Sometimes it is enough to reduce the hardness of the water. (I
remember reading a book about restoring old tektronics o-scopes where
the water used to wash the transformers clean caused them to fail,
until a water softener was added to the Techs' water supply.

What about Distilling? This will not remove all dissolved
contaminants, but over 99% will be removed...
