I believe that's the purpose of the Deskwinnc card
http://www.deskam.com/desknc_WIN.html - at least that's why I bought one!
As I haven't even connected all my stuff together (been busy) I don't know
it it will deliver as promised yet.

I run NT (Okay, Windows 2000) and do not want to have any PC hardware timing
issues. Plus, a serial control is a more 'clean' interface to me...
