I have some DC welder converters for sale. These units are rated 100%
duty cycle at 200 amps. Unlike a conventional AC/DC welder where you get
say 225 amps AC and 135 amps DC when you use this converter you will get
225 amps AC and 225 amps DC using your AC arc welders output, which is
fed into the input on this converter. You then take the output of this
box and weld. You can also use a tig torch in place of the electrode and
do scratch start tig welding of steel.
The converter measures aprox 10" x 12" x 8 high and is 20 lbs.
Comes complete with simple instructions.
I have used one in the past and it works good but I now have a
commercial type AC/DC welder rated at 385 amps and therefore have no
need for these units.
They are brand new.
$150 USA funds + freight.
