I am going to be loose with the numbers to give you a ball park
answer.

Figure a maximum average of 32 characters per line. This is kind of
a worst case, or about 12 if you are making X or Y raster cuts on a
3D surface. Since you are looking at fitting a lot of code on a
floppy you can usually eliminate the block numbers (N9999).

roughly 1.4 million characters on a floppy

Total number of program lines can vary from about 44,000 to about
115,000.
