Hey folks,
I was searching for some info on "hydroforming at home" on Google and lo and behold my favorite e-group had a small bit on it. I am making some leading edges for an airplane ( a real one ) with a tapered wing. I would like to do this by hydroforming if possible. I would be in three different sections and I thought I would tackle the hardest one first. The one I want to do is about 5' long, 8" thick on one end and 6"thick on the other and about 18" deep. Using .040 2024-T0, full soft.
I am assuming that since there was a small thread on this subject that it will "not" be off subject. Any input would be greatly appreiciated!
