Craig,
Get out your ohm meter and place one meter lead to anyone of the
motor leads. Find the two other motor wires that will have continuity.
From these three motor wires, find the two that measure the highest
resistance (10 ohms in your case). Mark these wires as "winding end-
wires". Mark the remaining one as "center-tap". Repeat above for the
remaining three wires.
5V at 1A will be a single-stack size 23 motor with about 50 in-oz of
low speed torque.
