Howdy,

The web page sometimes stacks the frames on top of one another. I
have had this same problem with an NT system and IE5.0. Restarting
the system and then opening the page first thing in IE will usually
display it correctly. I have inquired the host network as to why this
happens and have yet to hear back.

As for the links being wrong? I don't see this
happening....everything works from my system and from others I have
talked too. Can't say for sure about those with Netscape.
