gerber file?

I have a gerber and a GIF files for a pcb that I would like to make. I am
using CNCPro and Vector cad/cam. Is there a simple (cheap) way to use the
gerber file to cut the pcb on my mill. If not then I guess I'll have to
convert the GIF file into something I can use. The pcb isn't terribly
complicated and I don't have any facilities to etch the board and would
just as soon not buy the stuff to do just the one small board. Any advice
appreciated.
