Hi:
I have been lurking seeking for info on adding DROs to the three axis of my
MiniMill.
The present lead screws read in 1/16ths (Horrible to convert to decimals in
your head.)
I see several DROs sold in Great Britian, but not here in the US at any
reasonable price. I would not want to tear up a three digital calipers to get
the DROs. I don't want to get into CAM yet (I shudder to think of Bill Gates
controlling my tool feeds.)
I have no desire to convert the lathe, but DROs on the mill would make a
great layout tool for my various projects.
