cnc machine

Hi, my machine is made from a Dahgren base, has 6 by 6 inch x.y and z is about 2 inches, Mo61 steppers(53 ozin.) driven by Hobbycnc board 3 axis. Spindle is a dremmel motor tool, softwear is Master5cnc(by Art) computer is k6-2-550 with 64 meg ram, win98 second ed. also my internet machine at present. I have been doing some engraving work on wood and plastic, will try alum later when the spindle is tightened up or made different. The next model is a clamp assembly which will do mitre joints such as dovetail and lockfinger using cnc to generate some interesting joints. the other project on the burner is to build a table for milling steel, or heavy engraving and will use 2000 ozin.
pair of motors now on hand, and no doubt Gecko Drives will be necessary!
The next big learning curve will be to master Turbocad, cad-cam i have never done. I have written g-code manually many times. cul brian f.
