The ones you draw and write-up yourself! After years of doing a job the
"non-CNC way" with hand-operated machinery, and thought, and "What if's".

Because whatever "plans" you buy from a vendor may-well have been written by
someone who had OTHER experience and needs, and who may-well be just a
desk-jockey with a degree who hadn't so much as sawed-off a bit of bar-stock in
his career!
