I did a slow search of the archives and came up with this.

I would have expected more, but this is what came up.
I'm doing a proof of concept using 1/2-13 all thread and will
move to either ACME or 3/4-10 rolled or ground thread in stainless
for the final units. not there yet, so when you find a suppier, keep
us posted.
