Yes, Stepster uses software timing loops to set feeds, accels/decels.
Be sure to read Kevins paper "exactly how a CNC works", also at the
www.metalworking.com shareware site. Then be sure to look at Charlie
Gallos' updated/cleaned up code.
Any questions about stepster, I'm pretty familiar with it's inner
workings. It's a "spaghetti code" masterpiece. And Kevin knew that.
