It's all about headlines. :) I finally broke down and bought a digital
camera. Someone earlier in the week, asked to post more pictures.
Please *don't* notice all the extra holes, drill bit broke whilst
drilling, so I started to drill another side.

The really bright stuff on the ends of the square tubing is UHMW.
I used a 1/2" drill bit and some water/silicone as lube, to make two
bushings at a time, and then cut the plastic stock in half. (I figured
that would be the easiest way).
Once I lube it up a little, it works pretty well, however I'm not happy
with them, not sure what to do about that. Either I make entirely new
system, or continue with this. I'm sure I could use them for another
purpose (i.e. an ART project later).
BTW: our files size allotment for the group is down to 400K. We need a
little spring cleaning. :)
