http://tinkers-emporium.com/newpage31.htm has some printed
circuit board drill bits that really look like up flute router bits to
me and work great for all kinds of cutting in thin materials. I have
used them on wood, PVC, aluminum, and stainless steel with no
problems at all. Best part of it is they are dirt cheap. If you break
one you won't be to mad. I bought 50 for about $10.00 from him
off ebay. His ebay ID is rs6432 They can be ground flat on the
bottom if you want.
