trying. Mine would only big enough for an 18 inch long piece of glass max
(that might be stretching it just a tad for even deposition). We don't
use it anymore but we used to do our own silvering of holographic plates
with it. It's been used for silver and aluminum. Aluminum is your best
bet for reflectivity but of course silver (for own electroforming use)
is the better conductor. I'm trying to sell the unit right now and will
be firing it up again soon. Send me a glass scale and I'll squirt some
aluminum at it.
