Two answers here. Right now, the availability and location of E-stop
depends upon the I/O file selected in the ini. Minimillio does not have
provision to put the PC into E-stop when something external signals an
E-stop condition. Bridgeportio does this both ways, from the PC to the
machine and the machine to the PC.

There are new ways being worked out by Jon E and a few others to mix
other I/O signals with motion signals beyond the hard coded setups so it
may soon be easier to define the sets of signals that you want to use
with your own system.

I trust that you are not expecting the PC to handle the E-stop logic!
