Hi my namse is Russ, If I may..... cutting that slow will only burn up your
bit, 50 ipm, would be a good starting point, use a two fluted straight bit
for clean cut. Unless your cutting small complex contours, faster rates
are your best bet. Oh, yes, if you can use some kind of dust collection
when cutting, helps clear the path and take away heat.
