I bought some of the extruded rails from 80/20 and bought some of their
linear bearing assemblies that use UHMW material and was disappointed in
that when you shim the bearing strips out to reduce the clearance, it
tends to bind and did not have the free movement of other linear bearing
that I tried.

As anyone used UHMW Polyethylene for Linear Track? I'm thinking of using
it on a CNC Router. What do you think?
Thanks, Larry E
