Agreed, I found that UHMW wants a 'hard' surface to slide against,
so it doesn't like aluminum (what 80/20 rails are), but it does like
harder steels like stainless (what I'm using).

Agreed, each of my nutblocks has over 55 square inches of surface
area (twin 1.5" dia stainless tubes * 5.875" long each).
