On large machines I've worked on, we used cable tracks/cable carriers. For
the uninitiated, they look like tractor treads. McMaster-Carr has 'em, and
I'm sure many others do too. Makes for a neat installation. The "curtain"
option may be a good (cheap) choice for such a large table, though.
