I don't know if this would be considered off topic, but if it is, I
won't post it in the future.
Other than doing some cnc models for my company, We also do
lost wax casting in gold, silver and bronze as well as mold making
and finishing for people who design and make their own wax or metal
models. This is a service we offer to anyone who may need it.
This can also be useful for small parts used in machinery and is too
time consuming to cnc each one.
If Anyone needs this type of service , Please contact us off
list at sales@...
our website is www.racecarjewelry.com and there, you will see a
small US flag pin we made with master5 cnc using corel to create the
artwork.
It is the only US flag pin that actually has 50 stars(raised) and has
blue and red , hot enamel embeded in it. the flag is about 2" x 1"
and shows just some of the detail that can be achieved with cnc.It is
done in sterling silver . I'm hoping that this is not considered off
topic as I know many of you have thoughts of making a design and
might need to know where to have it reproduced in high quality and
detail. Many of the items in our catalog where done this way. We
started by using machinable wax to cnc the models.
I also answer many questions related to manufacturing , mold making
using rubber and the lost wax process in general.
So, please email us at the above address if you have any questions.
