Would be very helpful to know some more info.
What is the motor plate voltage?
What is the motor amperage?
How are the motors wired (half coil, full coil, parallel)?
What are the acceleration parameters you have set?
What is the amperage you have the driver set to?
This along with the existing info sould give us a better picture.
