Gem ??? mill

Quite a number of months ago there was some talk about a Chinese mill
with the name Gem and a number that already was set-up as a CNC machine.
A couple of people posted URL and I think someone mentioned a source for
it in Canada.

Can anyone point me to an online information source on this machine
again?
