Computer tech help needed

I just purchased an MS-5169 motherboard with 500 MHz processor for my CNC conversion I have a switching power supply and NO case, as this will be mounted in an old controller box without the case.
The problem is I don't know how to turn this thing on without the switch from the case, which I never had.
I am hoping I can use the power switch on the old controller box to fire everything up.
Any help I can get will be greatly appreciated.
