Grizzly mill CNC conversion question

I have an Grizzly 1126 gearhead mill and am wondering if anyone
here has done a CNC conversion this mill (or a look-a-like Chinese
equiv. of the same design). If you could give some pointers to
on-line pictures that would be great.

What size motors did you use.

Did you convert to ball screws, if so which ones?

How do you handle "Z"
