Pete,
Be sure all objects are only lines, arcs, points or circles.
Many gcode convertors (read the directions) ignore splines, polylines,
ellipses, etc, etc. Also be careful of layers. Some do not see layer 0.
Ace Converter at Yeager Automation does a good job. (free)
