John,

You need to be more specific in your question. Which version of
MasterCam are you using? Did the DXF file load into MasterCam?
Since you are going to be making a PCB I will assume that the only
thing you are trying to do is tell MasterCam you want to drill
holes. MasterCam uses the "Point" entity for drilling. MasterCam
will NOT use circles to drill with. Does your DXF file have points
for the position of the holes or circles? If you have no points then
you will need to create them. Go to "Create, Point, Position" and
select Center for the position search. Select all the circles that
you want to drill.

Next go to "toolpath, Jobsetup" and tell MasterCam the size of
material, select the tools (drill). Then select the drill function
and then pick the point entities, press ESC when done. Select the
drill tool and setup your depth and if you want peck drilling.

If this is not what your problem is then please explain in more
detail.
