Hi Carl,
For unipolar or bipolar use? You know the CT's, so for unipolar you
probably know to connect them to the L/R resistor(s), and the remaining
leads are the 4-phases. You'll have to select between 6 possible phase
sequences (counting motor polarity) in the software to get the one that
makes it run.
For bipolar, the A's will have continuity (ct's not needed), and the B's
will have continuity. You won't have to worry about reversing A+ with
A-, or B+ with B-, the motor will still run.
Just remember to wire additional motors the same way if you want inter
changeability (rely on the controller software's motor polarity to get
the direction correct for "reversed" axis).
